Booking through Thursday

bookingthroughthursdayBooking through Thursday’s question for October 22, 2009:

If you could ask your favorite author (alive or dead) one question … who would you ask, and what would the question be?

I would ask Emily Dickinson EVERYTHING . . . what she thinks about life, poetry, God, nature, literature, family . . . I would hope to spend a morning or afternoon with her – just discussing everything . . . and anything . . . I would imagine with a pot (or kettle) of tea,  amidst  comfortable surroundings.  Oh how marvelous that would be!

  1. It really would be thrilling to be able to go back and talk to some of those 19th century writers, wouldn’t it? And Emily Dickinson is a great choice.

  2. Dickenson – a wonderful idea.
