what do you do in your leisure time?


I remember the 1960s
and the 1970s (yes I’m that OLD)
and it seemed as if there was no leisure time
(although there was ALWAYS time for reading).

I semi-retired in the late 1980s
and then DID retire before we
moved from Denver to Seguin
in the  1990s and began doing some stitching
(needlepoint, embroidery, cross-stitch)
in earnest.
My favorite is the
What is your favorite hobby/pastime??

Now – in my Grey Years – I love to cross-stitch when I’m settled in at home.  One of my favorite pieces (which I keep saying I will have framed – ‘one day’) is a red headed lady with her black cat.  The piece is titled Femmes Fatales.
